THE CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE, 1908

ACT NO. 5 OF 19081                      [21st March, 1908.]

An Act to consolidate and amend the laws relating to the procedure of the Courts of Civil Judicature.

WHEREAS it is expedient to consolidate and amend the laws relating to the procedure of the Courts of Civil Judicature : It is hereby enacted as follows : —

Part - 1

Section - 12.

Bar to further suit —

Where a plaintiff is precluded by rules from instituting a further suit in respect of any particular cause of action, he shall not be entitled to institute a suit in respect of such cause of action in any Court to which this Code applies.

जहां एक प्लांटिफ को किसी विशेष कारण के संबंध में एक और मुकदमा स्थापित करने से नियमों द्वारा प्रतिबंधित किया गया है, वह किसी भी न्यायालय में इस तरह के कारण के संबंध में एक मुकदमा दायर करने का हकदार नहीं होगा, जिस पर यह संहिता लागू होती है।
