Number.—

Unless the contrary appears from the context, words importing the singular number include the plural number, and words importing the plural number include the singular number.

जब तक संदर्भ से इसके विपरीत प्रकट न हो, एकवचन संख्या को आयात करने वाले शब्दों में बहुवचन संख्या शामिल होती है, और बहुवचन संख्या को आयात करने वाले शब्दों में एकवचन संख्या शामिल होती है।
